1. Are the products really handmade?
Yes, all the products offered on our website are carefully and meticulously handcrafted. Each item is unique and not mass-produced.
2. Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! We can create personalized products in the color, size, and pattern of your choice. For custom orders, feel free to contact us.
3. How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
In-stock items are shipped within 1–3 business days. For handmade or custom-made orders, the processing time may take 5–7 business days.
4. Which shipping company do you work with?
Your orders are delivered via reliable shipping companies we are partnered with.
5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Except for custom-made products, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. For more details, please review our return policy.
6. How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount. The current shipping fee and any promotional offers are displayed on the checkout page.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers (EFT/wire transfers). You can shop securely through our safe payment system.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within Turkey. However, we are working on enabling international shipping soon—stay tuned for updates!
